I sure hope so. A Michael storm running through Mobile would be catastrophic.

Haven’t we learned of late never to trust an intensity forecast? These things seem to RI a lot these days. The one in the Pacific, Polo I believe went from a TS to Cat 5 in 24 hours just a couple of weeks ago

That track would be very bad for Mobile Bay. Can't imagine the kind of surge that would create if it was funneled in perfectly like that with the approach from the southwest

Given the background state of the eastern pacific in a el nino nonetheless a super el nino doesnt make that shocking at all
