Just got back to nola from BR about 30 minutes ago. It started getting sketchy once I hit the Spillway

Now that I’ve been home the wind and rain has definitely picked up quite a bit. Ima bout to put on my slicker suit and take a walk and clean out some drains

Is this a similar move to the helicopter?

Seriously though my kids swim team expects to have an outside meet tomorrow morning in Pear River County . Odds that happens? These swim moms think it’s a go

I haven't seen that move since Marco last year.

like Marco last year where the LLC made landfall in Plaquemines Parish but all the rain was in Alabama

I got more rain from Marco in North AL than most folks in South LA did.

Last frame of Daylight imagery from COD website. It Shows 2 vortices one near Terrebonne Parish and the other is still miles offshore.

Looks like there were at least three circulations.

The mid-level one that hit Grand Isle and SL earlier this afternoon with decent squalls, and the two low level ones shown in your image.

I'm looking at dozens and dozens of weather stations on Wunderground located along the coast of LA and the highest wind speed u could find was 28mph.

Not much happening in Madisonville right now. According to my little weather station, only half an inch of rain so far and top wind was 12 mph. Seems like we are going to be slightly west of center in the cone of death, so hopefully that means no six inches of rain for us.

South Cincy is seeing bigger winds than South LA tonight:

Going to end up being a big time hail threat in parts of Indiana tonight, too. Alot of folks who aren't used to that kind of hail are going to be caught off guard.

Ok. We haven't had anything near Hannan. They're going to name this nothing storm regardless. It is supposed to pass directly over us around 7am. We'll see. Probably sleep through it.

If you're not a decent ways east of the center, you're not going to get very much from this.

We've had pretty steady rain and wind since about 330-4 in meraux. Probably 4 ish inches of rain
