Tribal casinos

Why are they not closing ? Are they not worried about the publics health ? Is it greed ? Other casinos close and yet they remain open .

They are sovereign land, dont have to follow state's orders. I dont if the fed govt or bureau of Indian affairs cant force them closed. Can the states blockade the reservations and quarantine it?

Technically they don’t have to follow state requests but they will fall in line when push comes to shove. The state can make things difficult for them if they try and play hardball.

I don’t know if tribal casinos are staying open but lol at the greed part.
You think other casinos would be closed if they weren’t forced? If the tribal casinos aren’t forced to be closed then they are doing what every other business in America would do, stay open.
