ha......It will if a jury says it does. And the jury is what worries me in cases like this.

Still goes back to “Why do you need a knife at a track meet?”

Mind you he was suspended from school for bringing a knife shortly before the incident. Impeccable supervision by his parents

Exactly why so many were allowed to move to Texas, it's all a plan.

Murderer was armed with a knife at a track meet and in another team’s tent, probably stealing. There are those among us, all democrats, who support the murderer. The open hostility towards white people is astounding.

Democrats want them here bc they vote blue. Establishment GOP wants them here bc they’re cheaper labor. So either way, we’re fricked.

I’m thinking murder, not manslaughter, because he intended to cause serious bodily injury resulting in death.

Manslaughter is more like a car accident caused by negligence.

A high percentage of BR homicide cases are pled down to manslaughter from 2nd degree murder, even with eyewitness testimony.

In today’s world and Frisco is very diverse, it just takes 1 to say not guilty and I’m afraid they will.

When this incident first happened, there were people from north Texas posting here saying there was no way a Collin County jury would not find Anthony guilty and give him the death penalty.

What changed between then and now? It has been only 14 months.

Yeah he’ll definitely get off with something less than murder.

All the people hoping for life in prison are going to be disappointed

You have zero ways to qualify those statements. What are you basing that on?

He’s going to prison, there’s no question about that. Only question is how long he’ll be sentenced.

I'm fully ignorant on the topic...why is this?

Just at first glance I am surprised because Indians don't seem to align with what democrats are all about. When I first think "Dot Indian in America" I think about a business owner (gas station, laundromat, etc) that works hard, is intelligent, wants kids to do well in school, etc. Pretty much the opposite of what the mooching class of democrats stands for.
