I bought the TCL because we got my a PS5. There arent a lot of sets that carry the 2.1 right now. Plus there arent any games where the full capability of the PS5 is needed yet. I'm going to wait a couple of years when 2.1 is the standard and still have the 4K 120Hz at a better price....

The only way i could see it being worth keeping the old plan is if you live in a rural area with no available internet services and you mostly depend on your phone....
