Should all cases of people that deny objective reality be tossed out?

During some shitstorm on here about people identifying as whatever gender they want, I mentioned that this is one of the next steps. I probably got into a Facebook argument about it as well. That was before I realized deactivating my account was for the best.
I was told how stupid I was for suggesting someone would want to identify as another age. I was told it wasn’t the same. I was told I was being insensitive to transgenders. Welp, here it is. The guy has reasons that make a helluva lot more sense than what trannies throw out.

We are in full agreement there. I mean if you went to a doctor and said "doc I think I was supposed to be born with one arm, can you remove my left arm?" You'd be declared mentally unstable, but you think you shouldn't have been born with your penis? No problem, let's cut that thing off and let you play girl's basketball.
