Honestly I'm beginning to think parents stopped teaching their kids, and driving instructors care less about the important parts of driving outside of a couple basic rules. Grown men are driving like teen girls, no one pays attn to the changing light until they hear a horn, they keep a big space in between them and car in front of them bc they are on their phone. Can't wait until everything is actually controlled and keeps equal distance for us and drives for us. We will be better at that point.

There are few things that infuriate me more than an 18 wheeler getting in the left lane going 65 to pass another 18 wheeler going 60. It’s dangerous and creates traffic build ups.

Also, I hate all of these modern headlights that are bright white, million lumen LEDs. LEDs are fine, but they should be a soft white and much less bright. Another thing that’s dangerous.

My blood pressure would be considerably lower if people would use their turn signals.

1. People who drive around with their bright lights on. And when you flash yours at them, which is a courtesy in case they forget, they just keep them on bright as though they’re obviously to the fact you’re not supposed the blind the drivers you meet on the road at night.

2. Idiots who don’t know what to do at an intersection when the traffic lights are malfunctioning. If they see the traffic lights flashing yellow, which means proceed with caution, they instead treat it like a four way stop, despite the fact flashing yellow NEVER means “stop.” But if the traffic lights are completely out, which is when you actually are supposed to treat the intersection as a four way stop, they blow through without even checking up.

And it's "you're an ignorant driver" not "your an ignorant driver."

Drivers that ease on over into a turn lane way after the turn lane started without using a blinker.

Drivers that look in the side mirror or rear view mirror at the car behind them before they proceed when the light turns green. The potential danger is in front of you, dipshit.

This happens in Ascension parish a lot, but it seems like people either aren't aware of or completely ignore the speed limits. On 44 the speed limit is 55. On days where there is no traffic people will drive 35-40.

How Airline the speed limit is 55-65 in most parts. Not to many Ascension drivers. Let's do 50 in the left lane.

73 is the same story. Its 55 so many will decide to drive 40.

When a traffic light is out and everyone is in line treating it like a stop sign, waiting their turn, and then some arse hat thinks he's more important that everyone else and goes two at a time.

That and the idiots that want to be nice and stop traffic that's flowing so someone who's at a stop sign waiting like they are supposed to can pull out.

When exiting the interstate, a sign clearly states "DO NOT STOP" to merge, and yet 99% of people stop. There is one caveat, they have this sign exiting Highland Rd., but it really shouldn't be there because too many drivers are trying to get in so many different lanes. It's not feasible there. But, at Essen lane, it's a good design and yet people are still dumb and stop.

Don’t know why this is there. Surely they know that most people coming off the interstate there are not heading to Old Perkins…ya know the direction they just came from.

It's ingrained in them to be in the left lane, b/c they are dumbasses, so even though they could go straight without stopping in the right lane, it is imperative they only drive in the left lane, even though there's no where to turn left at anytime soon once you get on Essen going north from I-10.
