Your city, parish, and state governments have access to credit card data without subpoenas?

Don’t fool yourself. NOlA dining scene is going to take a devastating hit. Think August bookings and then cut that in half

I'm not doubting at all that the restaurant and bars are going to take a huge hit. I've been banging that drum for a while now.
My point was let's not get carried away and say it will look like Lake Charles. There are still a lot of places, especially uptown and mid-city, etc that are more geared toward locals. Those places alone still would put Nola several levels above any other city in La.

Destorya said you will not be arrested for not wearing a mask and doesn't want altercations

Restaurants will be required to have reservations, meaning name and phone number, to allow for contact tracing.
Which is fricking retarded and a waste of time. Someone tests positive and you track down the 4 people who may have been seated within 20 feet of them at a restaurant last week. Now what about the 100 other people they came into even closer contact with at the grocery, gas station, Home Depot, Walmart, or any number of other places they went in the past 2 weeks.

Her dumbass will probably send out the police again to set up check points to remind people that they are supposed to be wearing a mask.

Good because I’m not wearing a fricking mask out in public.

I put one on this morning for 5 minutes to check my daughter in to an orthodontist apt bc they required it to enter the office but then once she was signed in I waited outside, without a mask.

With 25% capacity you're going to need a reservation to get in anywhere decent. The only difference between NOLA and the rest of the state is the reservation requirement.

I guess have fun standing in the parking lot of Carrabbas for 2+ hours waiting for your buzzer to go off just to stick it to Latoya.

I just realized you have no clue about anything that is related to the logistical differences between Orleans and Jefferson Parish.

It's just their new buzzword.
They don't understand the logistical nightmare tracking the hundreds of people who interact with a person with COVID.

Or the concept that you only catch 1 in 20(at best) cases.

In short. It's just idiots trying to sound smart.
