Weren't there real, legit civil rights leaders that fought for the right for black people to eat at the same restaurants as the rest of us? Now they want to eat at their own restaurants again. I'm so confused.

Is that place still in the Loyola law school? Used to hit it up when it was basically business on Freret.

No, this isn't racist or anything, is it?

Of course not! Now if you were to say you would NOT want to eat at these establishments, then you would be labeled a white supremacist.

Started on Freret and moved after K to the Loyola Law Center. It is now on Earhart between Pine and Carrollton. I used to eat lunch on Freret when I was in high school.

But its racist to point out where to eat based on race. If this is how they want it to be...

And to be fair, many black-owned restaurants I've been to just throw a bunch of random special sauce and paprika on top of meat/seafood/pasta/wings and call it "flava". It's not really talent, it's just taking conventionally pleasing tastes and mashing them together.

Laughing at an obvious double standard counts as being triggered I guess.

I must have missed something, does it say that only black people can eat at those restaurants? Nothing is stopping asian people from listing China King #1-20 as their favorite places to eat.

Went to #19 a couple of years ago to get a king cake. My presence was not appreciated by the locals.

Are they saying that #BlackNOLA refuses to eat at white owned restaurants?

It did for a few years. Boswell's should be much higher than 20.
