My son was diagnosed with Tourette’s when he was 7. He’s 17 now, absent of verbal outbursts, but he still has tics. I knew a guy who had the verbal issues years ago though. It’s real, and you’re really an idiot.

I think in some respects it is. LIke that Braylan girl on that show. I think alot of that is bullshite. And I find it funny her boyfriend/fiance/whatever he is said she doesn't do that in the sack. Kind of makes you think, she controls it.

I used to work with a guy that had Tourettes Syndrome. He would kinda freeze up and his body would kind of jerk real hard, then he was normal. Probably happened every 15-20 minutes but was worse when he didn’t take his meds. I don’t remember him ever saying anything, much less a cuss word. It was just a violent jerk.

I worked with a guy who would make a fart sound every few minutes with his mouth. We were in a cube farm so it was annoying AF. Turns out he didn't have Tourette's and was just doing it to annoy everybody.
I went to high school with a guy who had a tick where he would rotate his head in a weird way every 20 seconds or so. His neck was massive from all the exercise it got.
