The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a
* Tornado Warning for...
East central West Baton Rouge Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
Central East Baton Rouge Parish in southeastern Louisiana...
* Until 930 PM CDT.
* At 905 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Merrydale, or near Denham Springs, moving west at
20 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Baker, Merrydale and Brownfields around 920 PM CDT.
Baton Rouge around 925 PM CDT.
Port Allen around 930 PM CDT.
Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Baton
