My power went off then on, off then on, off then on, and finally off in 2 minutes

I haven’t taken my shower for work yet. Awesome. And I need to drop a deuce.

LOL

Looks like Walterboro has significant damage in the earlier tornado warning.

Do you mind linking the post? If not that’s fine.

We are done in Columbia/Lexington. A lot of power outages and trees down though. Hopefully the Charleston folks get out of this ok.

They always tell you if you hear what sounds like a train whistle to GTFO. Well that’s great. If you don’t live near train tracks with trains coming by between 6:30-7:30 every morning.

Yeah, Walteboro took a direct hit. And it must've knocked trees down on I95 outside of Walteboro. They have part of it closed. Hopefully it was just trees and no cars were around at the time.

Trying to get in touch with some ppl to see how Ridgeville and Moncks Corner fared.

Moncks Corner is bound to have damage since it went right thru there. I'm not sure if Ridgeville took a direct hit or not.

Indeed. SC isn't a traditional Dixie Alley state, so it is weird to see tornados like this.

Luckily those two behemoths in Mississippi stuck to less populated areas.

You obviously would rather no deaths but 11 casualties seems relatively minor compared to what you could've seen from storms like Mississippi got yesterday.
