Oddly enough, it's all nude, it generally means no liquor, so 18 year olds are welcome at all nude clubs more than regular strip clubs.
When I was 18 or 19 (can't remember), I definitely had no problems getting into the Gold Club (now the Penthouse Club) in Baton Rouge, but I think most of the Bourbon Street clubs were 21+.
ETA: I imagine it would be weird for an 18 year old to go with his stepdad to one of these places though

Depends on where. There are zero 18+ clubs in LA that I know of, but I do remember GA having a couple. Or on Sundays it would be 18+ with no alcohol service. Not sure, was a long time ago when I lived there and actually went to one for my 18th birthday.

Last time I was in NOLA, the wife and I were walking down Bourbon. We had been carded going into a couple of bars. We were going into a strip club and this odd looking bouncer laughed at us getting our ID out and said y’all are old enough to see some titties.

It is 21+. I just walked up and down bourban until one of them didn't Id me and that's the one we went to.
That's always worth a shot.
No different than when I was younger at LSU games. I would walk around the stadium bribing the ticket takers until one just lets you in.
