I honestly can’t wrap my head around the fact someone was able to climb a ladder onto a roof with a gun only 130 yards from a former president. That’s utterly ridiculous

That's what I don't get. Judging from the pictures of the area, that set of buildings seem like one of the main areas you would want to have secured and covered.
