Where did we go wrong in society? Used to be, the weird nerdy kids who got picked on in high school went to college, got a great job and then married a trophy wife. Now these kids become school shooters.

Still doesn't explain why he was allowed to get to his spot on top of the building in the first place, but the video of the police snipers was really bothering me as to why they didn't shoot at what they were looking at.
Update
Appears the above is correct and the shooter was more towards the front of the building closer to parking lot which would be out of sight line of the 2 snipers on the closer barn
Makes me curious if the snipers jumped when the shots came from behind them to take out the sniper
