ChatRabbit on the OB has posted about 5 deer that he’s taken with .223
It is considered a marginal round for deer, and thus is banned in several states.

Never, ever, ever, ever...would that location not be secured. This wasn't any oversight. This was allowed to happen.
I mean, I really hope you’re wrong…
Tough to believe that considering this is far from the first attempt of close calls and several being successful. Only so much protection is possible if you go outside

have buck hunted with a .308 deer rifle. No way a .223 would have been enough

They're hunting trophy bucks with less than a .308?

Brother, I would bet more deer have been killed with a 22 magnum than any other caliber in history.

I know this isn't the PT, but I think it's important to remember that there are actually elected Democrats that were rooting for this.
Trump Felony Would Mean Loss Of Secret Service, Perks Under Democratic Bills
The bill didn't go anywhere, but it just shows how much some of them genuinely hate him and wanted him to get hurt.
Trump Felony Would Mean Loss Of Secret Service, Perks Under Democratic Bills
quote:
As an ex-president now with a felony on his record, Donald Trump would lose his Secret Service protection or the usual perks, like an office, of post-White House life under bills sponsored by two House Democrats. But the idea Trump could forfeit his protective detail because of his conviction on 34 state counts of falsifying business records in New York led one Republican to say Democrats are rooting for Trump’s assassination, even though the bills are unlikely to advance soon.
Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) introduced one of the bills and said he did so after heading up the House committee that looked at the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection attempt at the U.S. Capitol. “I was disappointed in how the president conducted himself as president. He put a lot of people’s lives in danger. So I saw that,” Thompson told HuffPost. “But more importantly, why would you want to protect a felon?”
Under the law, Trump as a former president gets a raft of post-presidency perks, including a pension equivalent to the pay of a White House cabinet official (currently $246,400 a year), a travel budget, office space and staff, and, most visibly, Secret Service protection for himself and his wife. Thompson’s bill, introduced in April, would stop Secret Service protection for a protectee when they are sentenced for a state or federal crime that carries a penalty of at least one year in prison. It would not affect any of the other post-presidency perks Trump enjoys.
The bill didn't go anywhere, but it just shows how much some of them genuinely hate him and wanted him to get hurt.

Which Democrat politicians have been compared to Hitler by the media, "a threat to democracy", and formally prosecuted?
Biden was close to being prosecuted, but wasn't considered mentally fit to stand trial.
