What does Non Mortgage debt include? I see auto and Credit card so what are the qualifications for this? Texas has all three hmmmmm

Uh, anywhere you owe money that is not your home mortgage…
Car loan, credit card, school loan, bank loan, business loan, court ordered, lawsuit, bookie, loan shark, titlemax, etc

I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night with $10,000 in credit card debt much less adding an $800 car payment and tens of thousands in student loan debt

I learned the term "$30k millionaire" from someone that was from Dallas. It pervades S. LA pretty badly, too. Look at the $85k in trucks, jetskis, 4wheelers, parked outside of single wides anywhere near a plant.

Unless that auto loan amount is what is left to pay on an F-250 from 2014, that is, more likely, a Camry payment.
