How much property is needed? There is land between Zephyr Stadium and the Saints facility that could work.

10 on the extreme high end
The one I went to in Phoenix seemed pretty big, but I think it depends on the parking situation

Ascension would be perfect. Right next to Cabelas.

There have been several ideas bounced around in this thread, all in Orleans.
Here is an idea LINK
Or possibly on the Bienville corridor in mid-city.... Possibly bywater.... Even the east or Algiers would be better than Metairie

Baton Rouge does not have the population or the tourism for a Top Golf
Oklahoma City has one next to Cabela's. I'm sure they'd draw a lot of business in the Baton Rouge area if they opened there.
A visible location around Mall of La or Siegen would serve them very well.

Yep I've been to it twice. When I was up there in January it was closed b/c the ice storm they had tore the nets and bent posts.

Top Golf should build in Baton Rouge next to Buc-ees off Millerville.

A pier on Ponchartrain would be cool

A mountain in Thibodaux maybe...

Late to this thread, but why is Top Golf so difficult to get in a city? I'd think NOLA, BR or Laffy would be a simple sell. Why are they so "exclusive"?
