This would fit nicely into the proposed hotel and entertainment district upriver of the convention center.
Another option - don't laugh - is a large entertainment complex in the east. Near where jazz land was.

All the golf bros would be thrilled, but land in Nola anywhere near the CBD is going to be muy expensive.

They could find a spot in midcitt around Carrollton between Bienville/Toulouse . Bunch of parking lots and old warehouses in the area. And it's an up and coming area

I believe a lot of those are slated to be filled in with apartments.
