There is a indoor golf gaming area going up in old Metairie. I don't know the details other than the lt will have those golf simulators and beer/food

This won't be anything like top golf .. It will have bays and you hit into nets. Each bay will have a simulator and you can play different courses that the simulator offers

I feel like I've been hearing about Top Golf coming to NOLA for years now.

I hope it happens, but it's gotten to the point where I'll believe it when I see it.

If it was going to be a Top Golf, we would know by now. In the past theyve announced way beforehand their intentions to expand and potential locations

By the way, birminghams should be done by the end of the year

Looking at the Times-Picayune site on Google maps and then some Top Golf facilities at the same scale, it could possibly fit. They'd have to shoehorn it in there and maybe even shorten up the driving range area a bit.
