Canes has gotten worse over the years, and by significant factor. They just turned into a typical major chain where quality didn't matter as much and they continue to shrink the tender sizes/numbers while increasing the price.
It's still okay, but nothing like before. It is even happening with Chick-Fil-A though since the founder passed away.
How is Panda Express on your list? It's awful and inconsistent as hell.

Yep, the only location and is affiliated with Walk-Ons and Drew Brees. There are plans for franchises, should do well, sliders are incredibly delicious.

This gets posted here practically every week. If this were true the tenders would be the size of TicTacs and would be only available in 1/2 a tender, 3/4 of a tender, and 1 whole tender sizes.
I only remember them switching the Caniac to 6 and the Box to 4.
Had Canes last week and the Tenders were huge.

Grew up with Culvers in the Midwest. Always clean, well staffed. I'd pick Whataburger over Culvers any day of the week.
