I think that is a bit extreme. I had an excellent education at SPS. Most all of my close friends from there are very successful.
However, I have to imagine that over time, and especially without Brother Ray, things have changed.

I will say that with general population decline in New Orleans as well as people having less kids, none of the New Orleans private schools are really "growing" anymore.
IMO, the top 3 on this list are indistinguishable and are 1A/1B/1C. Newman may have a slight overall edge.
