So good. Started on Marlboro lights, switched to camel then quit with Marlboro special blend.

Best paper besides TOP to roll that sticky, skunky stuff. The thick paper acts like “ kindling”. Helps it burn to carboxylate the active ingredient properly. I used to buy them by box. 25 packs per.

Parliament has to be top 5. Robust flavor and perfect for bumps.

For most of the time that I smoked, I used roll-your-own loose tobacco. The best brand that I ever found was Peter Stokkebye. Specifically the London Export and Amsterdam shag were great blends. They also do a lot of really good pipe tobaccos.
Bali Shag was another RYO brand that was solid.

For pre-rolls, my favorite brand was Export A’s. Terrific cigarettes with a smooth but full bodied finish. They are damn hard to find though, I’ll tell you that.

Honorable mention goes to Dunhill internationals, specifically the red pack. Also Benson & Hedges are solid imo, although a bit overpriced.

Was there a difference in flavor between the box and soft pack? I was told this, but I don't know.

There still is. The box cigarettes are richer and fuller. I once mentioned it to a friend who was a Philip Morris executive but he denied there are two different recipes. I think he lied.

Not that I could ever tell but I bought them in the box so they didn't get crushed.

Reminds me of my favorite joke
What’s the first thing a Bama girl says after sex??…….

Get off me dad you’re crushing my cigarettes

I last smoked cigarettes in 2010. I smoked Marlboro ultra lights as an adult. When I was a kid though, I stole Benson and Hedges from my grandmother.
