Hand driers might not be all that sanitary. A study in Applied and Environmental Microbiology investigated the bogs at the University of Connecticut. Were hand driers pulling in bits of poo from the air – they spray up when you flush with the lid raised – warming them, then pebble-dashing them about the place?

This has been known for a while now.
Those xcelerator hand dryers are the most unsanitary and least efficient way to dry your hands.
Motion sensor paper towels should be standard.

We all breath doo doo particles. It’s unavoidable if you use public restrooms.

There is no escaping bacteria concerning your hands. I think about this even when I'm picking up a salt shaker at a restaurant. Everything you touch is pretty much filthy.

You talking about these?
because they might spread shite over three counties but they're efficient as hell. They dry my hands in like fifteen seconds.

I posted this 6 months ago and the general consensus of the OT was that this fact fell into the category of “things I really didn’t want to know.”

If poo particles are in the air which get in the hand dryer, that means it’s just in the air in general and will get on your lips, in your mouth and nose and hands regardless.

Poo is one of my favorite words in the English language.

Meh. Point was that it was funny that people felt like they didn’t want to know. Not that it was in any way Germans. But thanks for being a dick OT style.

Everything that’s in a bathroom apparently has bits of poo in it
