Rich guy buys expensive real estate at absurd prices.

Receipt is on my Caniac at 20 dollars and even smaller chicken fingers.

I just figured out the ratios.

That’s like me spending 21k on a place to live. Haha

I'm considering having Canes cater our next company luncheon.

A week-long stay in a Nashville penthouse would likely seal the deal.

Todd has frick you money. This isn't a primary residence. This is a vacation spot he doesn't have to upkeep at all and can frequent to in the middle of the city while he tries to become friends with more country artists by signing them to cane's deals.

It's what new money does. Over pays for something just because they can and then sells it to another new money guy that over pays. It's a vicious first world problems cycle.

Appeal of penthouses is the proximity to restaurants, events, and nightlife…and this one is in walking distsance to a lot of that in downtown Nashville. People who can afford multi-million dollar penthouses usually have multiple homes anyway, so I’m sure he’s got a big house on some land for when he wants to get away from people.

I read where he has also bought the penthouse of a new complex being built now in the Knox-Henderson area near Uptown Dallas.

Why only one location in Alabama? Seems like people looking to be a franchise partner would be all over this.

The two best ways to live:
In the middle of everything where you almost don’t need to leave a 10-block radius, walk to work, walk to a little supermarket for fresh ingredients and cook daily, and occasionally stopping in at one of a dozen little cafes that are within walking distance.

Living in the middle of nowhere. Planting a hell of a garden with some perennial producing shrubs/plants/trees/vines.

They both kick arse. Which is why I do neither.

In all seriousness (and snarky tender comments aside), I'm happy for the guy. He worked his arse off to build what he has. Local guy who made it big.

Dude has houses/apartments all over the place. If you had Todd Graves money and were still trying to hold on to a BR address (for whatever reason), my guess is that you'd prefer to spend as much time away from here as possible.

He's probably tired of the gunfire he hears from the Garden District interrupting his sleep at the house on the LSU lakes.

That makes zero sense

For 15 million you can get a really really really nice penthouse in NYC

What in the blue frick is the point of a penthouse in Nashville?

3,100 sq ft on the park in NYC for 14 million

I fully understand wanting a place for city life. I just don’t get doing that in Nashville. I love Nashville, but it isn’t really that much to do immersing yourself in downtown.

It’s a party house for him in the middle of Nashville. From what I’ve heard, he throws great parties. I’m sure he’ll have a lot of big Nashville people there and country music stars and stuff
