If not, get a lawyer. Get one anyway. If the sons are yours run to a lawyer.
Get with friends who will help get your mind elsewhere. Not just with alcohol. You will probably be a miserable drunk guy to be around right now.

Empty the bank accounts
And any joint accounts in the positive.
Change the locks on the house get a restraining order if you can.
I would avoid involving the kids in the ins and out of it just that mom dosent love them she loves herself.

It sucks for the kids, I hope whatever happens yall jeep them out of it as much as possible. Should be #1 priority.
I can't understand what you are going through, but you do only have one life. If she is moving on try to let her ruin as little of your life as possible.
If you can, go do whatever you enjoy doing for a little while. Hell, go out... get drunk, go to a strip club, go hit the craps table. Start exercising if you don't already. Don't let yourself fall into a depression.
