Surprised no one has mentioned the white squirrel that is seen on the LSU campus. Legend has it if you see him on exam day that you will do well on your exam.

Photo is not the LSU squirrel but one who looks just like him.

To be fair, Deez Nuts passed all tests for PEDs and other banned substances.
He still has to deal with the fallout of such careless reporting and a full scale effort by local law enforcement to sully his good name.

I saw one get run over in front of me yesterday. It's back was broken so I gave it a merciful ending. My dog enjoyed eating it.

I'm going squirrel hunting this weekend. It's one of my favorite meats.

That is one tough squirrel to survive life with 8 cats.

Stole this from Richard Condon this morning? He should have added himself to the squirrel list...

I'd be fine with squirrels if the dumbasses didn't forget where they buried all their pecans.

Squirrel Sauce Piquante

Ingredients
2 squirrels, cut up
2 large onions, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup oil
1 Tbs. flour
1 small can tomato sauce
1 small can Rotel tomatoes
water
salt and pepper
Instructions
Season squirrel with salt and pepper. Using a Dutch oven, add oil and squirrel. Brown pieces of meat well on both sides. Remove meat. Lower heat to medium and sauté onions, bell pepper and flour in same pan until brown. Return squirrel to pan and add tomato sauce, Rotel tomatoes and enough water to cover meat. Cover pot with a tight fitting lid and simmer for at least 1 hour, or until meat is tender. Add onion tops and parsley just before serving. Serve over rice.

I have a squirrel that I raised with eye dropper back in August 2012,I had it in a birdcage in the house until it got too big then a bigger cage outside until it got about a year old.It still comes to the back porch everyday for food.I had no idea they lived this long.
