Go to the store and get a smaller brisket, pork loin, chicken, etc, and sides. Put your chosen meat on your grill/smoker/oven, and proceed to preparing sides. Make bloody mary and relax as the smells of the fruits of your labor permeate the house and/or neighborhood.

I've been sitting in a traffic jam on 65 south south of bham for at least 30 minutes. I was in bham for work and I would've missed this shite had my boss not stopped me to go over something for 30 minutes right as I was walking out the door to leave.

I was also off today. Took my grandson to lunch and then to see the movie Migration. After that we hit up a local arcade, played some air hockey and some race car games and then headed home. Was a great day.
