Tips for somebody moving to Baton Rouge

My cousin is starting at LSU in the fall and will be moving soon. He was asking me questions about living in Baton Rouge. I told him to stay away from roads named after presidents or states and he should be ok. Any advice for him?

Any of the newer apartments along Burbank will suit him well. Close enough to campus and tons of hot college arse walking around the complexes
