Ohhh, I want to know what my rating is.
I tipped both of my drivers, they didn't say anything about not being allowed to accept tips.
If you set a tip percentage on your card, does the company get part of that, or does the driver get the full amount of the tip?

All you wankers tipping Uber drivers simply do not get it.

I've only done it twice. Tipped 20% both times. Both were very persistent on not accepting it.
I don't plan on doing it in the future though unless they are exceptional.

Mine is set at 25% but I'd rather take that off and give cash so they can evade taxes if they want. The last driver told me they discourage tipping. bullshite.

There is no way to tip uberx in the app. The % setting mentioned is for uber taxi which we don't have in Baton Rouge. Like I said its way cheaper than a taxi so if you have cash tip. If not drivers always tell you not to worry about it. Unless surge is kicking in then I wouldn't tip.

I think most Uber drivers are more concerned about getting a 5 star rating from everyone, since they (we) have to maintain a 4.7.
