The Krewe of Endymion today announced who will play at the krewe's big party the Saturday before Fat Tuesday. "This year’s Extravaganza sees the return of Train, the return of Styx, and for the first time, musical icon, legend and superstar….Tim McGraw!" according to a news release.

Founder and captain, Ed Muniz, made the announcement ahead of the 54th year of the Krewe of Endymion Parade & Extravaganza. "Endymion rolls on the streets of New Orleans and into the Extravaganza at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center on Saturday, February 22, 2020."

Looks pretty good to me, I'd anticipate that Tim would get the crowd he's playing to and Train did a good job back in 2011....

I'm interested to see how they handle the crowds in the Convention Center. Gonna be a good one either way.

A historic first for someone who hails from Richland Parish.

The last time I rode through Ray-vegas there were many, many Democrats.

I'm not sure he was a flaming liberal at NLU. I think it took moving to Nashville and Faith Hill to push him over the edge.

Yeah except now he means dots not feathers, and the "half Cherokee and Choctaw" line is changed to "lotsa chicken & curry, baw"

I saw Train with Darryl Hall & John Oates at Smoothie King last year, and Train were the best part of that show... H&O were ok, but they are in their 70s now and i wouldnt exactly call it a high-energy set, more like just going through the motions.
