Louisiana has a half-decent governor, now if BR and NO could actually elect decent leadership, some movement could be made. It will never happen though. Those two cities are dead in the water, so there's only so much louisiana can do. That's why my kids will be going oos for school.

Correct. It is gorgeous.

MS will be the first majority black state. We're still 50ish years away from that though. The state will start voting D before then as probably 10-15% of white Mississippians vote D.

That is the case in a lot of places, not just MS.

Look at the damage the science deniers in Mississippi and Louisiana caused

Your post doesn't concern me because you are a known troll and/or idiot. What does concern me is the number of likes you got. This board is getting dumber by the hour.

ETA: LOL @ the downvote. WV and MS have traditionally been the two poorest states in the country for pretty much my entire life

Its been ranked in this order for as long as I can remember...
Mississippi
Louisiana
West Virginia

Why did you leave Lousiana out?

Power of Senator Shelby was a major reason. Federal funds have been generous to Alabama.

Yeah, Alabama gets a ton of federal money due to Shelby.

Doesn’t mean you know anymore than anyone else anymore - Covid proved that. You do just as your overlords tell you or lose your license. Trust the science. Do you still wear a mask in public or your car? LOL

I liked his comment because I’m aware of how he operates and I found it amusing.

I also loathed the lockdowns and any sort of government interference wrt the WuFlu.

So you are lumping my upvote with covidians.

You don’t necessarily know why everyone upvotes or downvotes.
