Bikes are treated identically to cars. Cyclists must have all of the same requirements as cars absent insurance and inspection stickers, although they might technically require that too.

As every low life with a pulse can go get a car loan, there are a lot of people who shouldn’t be on the road and the byproduct is that some of these smaller streets get turned into superhighways. I can appreciate homeowners being at the end of their rope with speeding nissans showing no manners or regard for public safety.
