Those who are afraid to identify truth

What is holding you back? For awhile, I was afraid to recognize that I was on a reckless path in my life and I was not spending enough time in meditation. I listened to the advice of Jeff Schiffman who is a known meditator and the admissions director at Tulane. That being said, I read a great essay by a local author who stated that an identification of truth in your life is the only way to implement the human web of moral ecology into each endeavour of which you spend time. I compiled a list of annotations from that book which inspires me every day to identify that which is truth and that which is fallacy.

Is this one of those complete the story things?

It took me minutes to come to the realization that I was the Alpha of Alphas; I'm in a good place now.

This is the wreckless behaviour your sensei was talking about.

The earth isn't 6000 years old. Black people are 98% responsible for their situation. Illegal immigrants are criminals. We are responsible for global warming. This country has too much wealth to not have basic universal healthcare. Republicans love war and welfare. #truthFriday

I just look down at my dick every now and then and that reminds me of my place in the universe.

That's identifying the truth and it is holding her back.

Wait, the meditation guy recommended meditation to you? He wanted you to buy his book?
