Can we at least agree that it's a choice to be gay?

My guess is OP is one of the millions of 18-25 year old tards in college that elected Obama because they thought they were voting for something new and cool.

Opposition to gay marriage is hypocrisy and legalism defined. Unless you are as vehemently opposed to fornicators, liars, divorced people, and countless other sinners being married, then you are just either ignorant or hateful IMO.

And for all the genius profilers in this thread, I am hetero, late 30's, independent voter, and born-again christian that works full time in ministry.

I would also describe my certified American Bad-assery but that is so weak on a message board

I was once against gay marriage until I saw modern family. Now I realize that it is ok for two young nellie-boys to adopt an asian child ...... It leaves all of the hotttt hispanic chicks for the Al Bundy types. Go Homos!!!!

I still want the gays posting in this thread to tell me why most gay dudes talk like women all of the sudden when they come out of the closet. Why do they magically become all flamboyant and aggravating as shite when they open up their soul to the world?

Do you want to be a gay man or a fricking woman I'm so confused?

Yep..I can imagine all those parents of homosexuals that come out are proud as punch. I can see them calling all the kinfolk to brag about it....and thanking God that they won't have to worry about all those pesky grandkids to deal with!

TL;DL

Should be up to the states not the Feds

And I think it's not the way God intended it to be. Wait, not think, I KNOW that wasn't the point when God made male and female.

True. Especially the religious ones. There is 0 evidence to support their beliefs or stance. Yet they are at the front of the line trying to hold the "gay agenda" back. Sad. Its either because they really believe it or they use religion as an excuse for something they really don't like. Its mostly the latter. In 50 years they will be looked at just like the 60's racists fighting civil rights. Idiots. By then all of their churches will have accepted SSM/Parenting etc. That is the funny part.

Nothing evolves faster than religion. Its how it stays relevant.

BTW, Why would God care about how gay people lived their lives? He created them that way. Some animals as well. Why did he create it?

i LOVE when the religious right starts up about gay marriage... they act like "gay" is something relatively new.... humans have been "gay" for a lot longer than humans have been monogamous and the construct of "marriage" was adopted...

nothing like hypocrites seeing all the wrong in the world in others... i fricking love it...

Why would you love it?? I hate hypocrites, like when the Libs back gays and Muslims (the two can't coexist)

Utter horse shite....of course god loves all his children, but he also has let us live our lives to make both good and bad decisions...
No doubt a majority or homosexuals were born that way, but it's still a choice to live the lifestyle..
I'm not religious , I'm ok with gay unions so that their partners get benefits, but I draw the line at marriage...
Let's not redefine marriage. I'm not judging the lifestyle, I could care less what one does in the confines of his house

Some are born gay, some achieve gayness, and some have gayness thrust upon them.
