Normal, “healthy” people literally used to die from pneumonia and infections most people would consider minor today. I’d pump the brakes a little on the “let’s practice the same hygiene as our ancestors” idea.

I am always amazed at how many people think shitting your brains out and throwing up is the flu
Whoever decided calling a stomach virus the “stomach flu” sure caused alot of misinformation to come

I have had it for a week.
1.5 days of stomach pain.
Three days of dire rear.
Not bad really. One low key headache the whole week.
Only one workout last 4 days. Managed to get there.
Haven't slept in four days.

I have kids, the wife is a teacher who is exposed to 20 pitre dishes each day, and neither of us have been sick at all this year.

I'm assuming it started because they are both viral, but I agree that it's annoying.
I had a stomach virus and the flu within 2 weeks of one another about 3 years ago, and the stomach virus was WAY worse. I'd take the Flu all day every day over a stomach virus.

That's because of medicine we have one we do get sick.
