It's a slice of life comic from a FtM perspective. None preaching. No all kids should go by gender neutral pronouns. No everyone is in the wrong body. It's just someone out on the internet giving some people that go through the same thing a little hope spot and maybe a way to grab some empathy.
We've all known someone who misplaced their penis. Don't make it worse for them.

They have to tell you it is a "transgender" comic because if we did not know that in advance, everybody would agree that it was not funny and sucked.
