Why is the kid sad that men's size pants don't fit and even more depressed that boy's size pants do fit?

I was totally lost as well for a while, but then I re-read the thread topic.
Apparently, the artist was a girl who decided to become a boy. The comics I guess are actual things that have happened to the artist.
Still not funny, and I'm not sure what the frick the takeaway is supposed to be...

I wonder how much longer it will take before it is encouraged since sex/gender/orientation are all social constructs and sticking to only one causes bigotry.

Because before he transitioned to a man, he was a man trapped in a girl's body. But during the transition, he still couldn't fit into man size pants, which caused insecurity and fear.

If we continue on the same track, it won't be too much longer before this nonsense is almost forcefully enacted through social pressure via risk of alienation.
We're going to see a huge suicide epidemic in the next decade if we don't put the brakes on this stuff.
