I didn't see this anywhere, and I don't care if you're German.

This dude got the jab in the UK and his life was never the same. I wonder how many of these pharmaceutical companies will simply declare bankruptcy instead of paying out to the people whose lives they destroyed.

You knew the likely outcome of the shots when the government got involved to waive liability for these pharma companies in every circumstance.

Have fun with myocarditis.

In the end the amount of lives it saved makes it worth it. A few eggs need to be broken for the greater good and no great advancements in science were ever made without a little bit of collateral damage. Also, complications from vaccination can arise from any vaccine. The roll out was just on a much much larger scale so you hear about it more. If you haven’t experienced symptoms by now and you got the shot in May of 2021 I would say you’re in the clear. Of course I have zero medical training.. just like the other esteemed members of this board that will comment on it.

You're fricking delusional, this vaccine did nothing to stop the spread of the virus.

Scruffy is and you are fricking delusional…if not trolling.

Medications have been pulled off the market for less than situations like in the OP.

Good luck getting approval and upvotes on the OT. 80% of the posters are jabbed and scared. Ticking time bombs.

No vaccine manufacturer can be held liable. The emergency status doesn’t matter. You can thank Ronald Regan for that.

You know how to start a thread, yet are incapable of providing any real context or even a quote or two from the article. Did you get "the jab"? I think it is messing with your faculties.

ETA: And for frick's sake......I am starting to hate anyone who uses/says "the jab". That shite should have stayed across the pond. It is one of the worst holdovers from the Covid days.

Not liable in the US and many other countries. Both Pfizer and Moderna required countries to sign liability waivers before they can use their vaccines. There were reports that India refused to sign their waivers and had to develop their own COVID vaccines. LINK
quote:

Moderna and Pfizer had placed a condition before the Indian government that it would only their vaccines if an indemnity clause is signed.

It means that if there is any side effect or if someone dies after taking the vaccine, then the company will not be held accountable and prosecuted under Indian law.

This caused problems for India.

The health minister said that it didn’t seem wise for the Indian government to accept their demands, and instead went ahead with the indigenous vaccines.
