Looks to be about 40 bottles. Two 8 packs of Mountain Dew and 3 8 packets of Dr Pepper. Around $50 worth of soda for the nutritional needs of those 6 unfortunate kids.
And no, the difference between water and soda is not negligible. Water is under half the price of soda per 20oz unit. Why would you even try to slip that absurd lie into your post?

Yes. No public food benefit should pay for bottled water.
There is nothing wrong with tap water. Bottled water wasn’t even a widespread thing until about 25 years ago.
I was an adult before I ever drank bottled water.
The tap water is already being paid for by the government for the poor.

not even okay with bottled water. glad y'all aren't in charge of it then.
not everybody's tap water is safe for consumption or fine. i know some of the strictest budgeting people who aren't even on food stamps who can't drink their tap it's so gross. they wish they could.
this place is pretty ridiculous at times bitching about snap when there are so many other things to complain about. buying water isn't even good enough now. you'd think y'all would welcome that over the sugary drinks, but nope,

I don't care what color they are, snap money should not be allowed to be used for any junk food, soda, candy,etc...Snap benefits should be a temporary thing for able bodied people. I saw a video a few days ago of a women that said she'd been on SNAP for 30 fricking years. That is fricking outrageous, get off your lazy arse and contribute to society or go live in the fricking woods. Just so we're clear to all the blue hair women with bull rings in their nose NO ONE OWES YOU A DAMN THING Libs love to cry about slavery but they think they're entitled to other people's money. Other people earn that money with labor, so they're arguing for slavery.

Is it really? Plenty of people across Louisiana could have a tap hooked up to a Unicorn’s dick that’s spewing out pristine Unicorn pee water and those people are still going to the store to get soft drinks. Get all you want on your own dime, taxpayer money is a different
