Putting out on the first date is a "highly effective" approach at finding a guy to see her as girlfriend material. Yet, based on what the OP quoted, it does not appear she has the ability to hold onto a guy, so how effective could it be?

I guess no one explained to her that if a guy is willing to go out and have sex with her, they are also willing to hold onto that until she gets too annoying or they find someone better. I know plenty of guys that when they were single their only standard was getting their dick wet until they found someone they actually wanted to date.

Those Velcro shoes are a deal breaker.
