There were some citizens who showed up to attend a meeting to ask Henyard about the spending. A security guard told them the meeting was in the “basement”. By the time the citizens figured out they been misdirected the meeting was done and over in 4 minutes.

That part of the suburbs are super corrupt. Dolton and Calumet City. I knew a guy, no joke, that was mob executed there about 20 years ago. Nobody knew nothing. No suspects, no witnesses, no nothing. You don't have that kind of thing go on with absolutely zero to go on.

I would not get too deeply involved in those areas.

So just how stupid are the voters in that town?

Is there a chart that would hold this level of dumb?
