So he has an allegation of violence without conviction, and was evicted for non payment of rent?

It’s rough to try and bury a guy with that for not falling in line on a jury

Based on what all I'm seeing, I wouldn't be surprised if his decisioning had nothing to do with a white woman strangling white kids and justice for the kids but he was giving a good ole "frick you" to the 11 white jurors, the court, and the judicial system in general. I'd bet if they all wanted to convict he would of held out the other way to cause the same issue. Hopefully I'm wrong but that's just what it sounds like.

Looks like X is now digging into the marital history of the tv reporter trying to dox the juror. He's a cheater with harassment allegations. Good job X. Fire with fire.

I’ve said many times and been summarily dismissed each time, jurors should be professional jurors. Trained in the law. Impartial. Paid a real salary. Every time I bring it up, I get shut down. “A jury of my peers”? Sure. If you say so.

I've seen 1 of the lawyers who do legal analysis on social media say this before & it's kinda stuck with me

At the end of the day it's not really a "jury of one's peers" it's more "the community policing itself... determining what's acceptable"

That's why regular people are wanted for juries & not legal experts

Conventional wisdom would probably point to a woman juror having more sympathy for an innocent child than a doped up nutjob... but in Massachusetts it seems you're more likely to get 9 women who support aborting all three kids at any age

I live in Massachusetts, and it’s wild up here.

They view their world through the lens of a warped, tribalistic form of feminism whose default assumption is that the woman is innocent by nature of some amalgamation of their “right to choose” and the mitigating circumstances of “Patriarchal oppression”, and, “ Men are bad”.

It’s like I’m living in Bizzaro World with a side of Honk Honk.

Many women up here are all-aboard with the “something’s fishy”, “the husband definitely had something to do with it”, “that poor woman” etc.

It is very disturbing that the plight of her poor children - and the justice that our society ought to demand for their deaths - are often just an afterthought for them in the conversation.

Thankfully, not all women are like this up here, but it’s wild man.

Then again, I’m just a tool of the Patriarchy so what do I know?

Pretty sure the woman who blamed Austin Metcalf for his own murder by Karmelo was in here defending her as well

It isn't, but since these are white progressives leading all of this, you are expected to just take it.

Again, I can't repeat this enough. As a former proggy, there is an end game here, and now they want this end game to immediately play out with this juror. He will be the first "test".

At the end of the day progressive leftists want to be able to kill anyone, for any reason whatsoever, and walk. It is simple as that. If they can get a woman off after admitting to killing her kids based on "emotions", then they can get anyone on their side off. Just two days ago leftists all over the country were holding an annual celebration of a murder.

Here is a glimpse into the world a progressive wants:

"Your honor, he was wearing a red hat and a shirt that said "God Bless America". He triggered my mental illness. I had to kill him. Don't you get it?"

Progressive Judge/Jury: NOT GUILTY

So they will vilify this man for a restraining order in order to defend a triple child murderer? We cannot coexist with these people for long.

Is the law really not going to get involved with people publicly admitting they’re trying to contact the juror? There’s no way this is legal. Especially a damn news outlet.

LINK......Domestic violence allegations raise questions about holdout juror in Lindsay Clancy trial

Which supposedly trumps the very real crimes NBC10 Boston Investigators are indicating throughout their reporting.

Someone needs to go to jail after a very public firing and some equally intense public name shaming.

I totally understand this opinion, but you are a smart girl. I am sure you can see the clear and inherent problems with this also.
