There is some evidence that Katrina was a manmade intentional disaster

This is scary stuff. I love to read about Tesla, as he is a very interesting person. But, I did not know that his SCALAR technology was being used to control weather. That is evil.

Michel Chossudovsky, Professor of Economics, University of Ottawa. Third World Resurgence, January 2001 cites that this is real. So, why isn't everyone up in arms about this? Why is there no investigation?

I think there are treaties against using weather as a weapon.
