You nailed it. He doesn't even try to be funny, but the shite that comes out of his mouth all the time is laugh out loud funny. He would say some shite at times and I would be embarrassed because I'd be laughing like it was a comedy routine, and meanwhile he's just trying to have a conversation.

Ehhh, his shtick gets old if you listen to him too much. Saying off the wall and nonsensical stuff is funny for a little while but it wears.

Going back to the 1970’s, the story was that LHO went to Covington Middle School for a year. Not having been there in almost 20 years, the school was a pretty impressive brick structure on N. Jefferson by the small public library. It was probably a victim of “progress” like Foxhole Army Surplus.
On one Carolla podcast, Theo was talking about using a slingshot to shoot stuff over the river to harass gays at the I-12 rest area. That was a local reference that I could pinpoint but I’m not really sure where Theo lived specifically.
