Gotta love the boomer hate on here.

OP posts random internet graphic, so it must be true.

Mingo and others “joke” about euthanizing old folks. Another posts that they should self-euthanize, suddenly Mingo says that’s a disgusting statement.

My boomer parents aren’t selfish. They provided more support to me than ever, and are in the process of trying to do the same for their grandkids. Their wealth accumulation will stay in our family. I fail to see how that’s selfish.

If you think boomers are more selfish than any generation, just wait until you see the final impact of the crazy personal debt racked up by millennials and after, just so they can get a worthless degree in college, or that new Tahoe to go with their Stanley mug.

They do sell debt but that's only about 20% added to the money supply.

About 80% comes from fractional reserve banking by loaning money into existence.

With that said money does not have to come into creation via debt. The U.S. Treasury has the constitutional right to just "print" it without debt and that has been backed up by two SCOTUS cases.

Millennial’s Journal. October 12th, 2035:

Dog carcass in alley this morning, Tesla tread on burst stomach. Boomers are afraid of us. We have seen their true face. The hospitals are extended nursing homes and the homes are full of patients and when the facilities finally go bankrupt, all the Boomers will panic. The accumulated bloat of all their greed and selfishness will foam up about their waists and all the retired lawyers and executives and politicians will look up and shout "House and care for us for free!"...

...and we’ll look down, and whisper "no."

I’m not very bright, but explain to me how the government can just print money to pay off their debt? I always assumed that the more they printed, the printed sum would become debt itself.
You're right, I should have been more specific.
If the Federal Reserve wanted to pay off our government's debt, it could just print the money. It seems to work when big banks or Wall Street need bailing out.

A lie. How many people live off the govt. from birth. Housed, fed, schooled, all on taxpayer dime. Those stats are totally skewed.

This is so fricking stupid.

Boomers paid into social security. Your underage child that has never worked a day in their life has not.

My parents are boomers. One day I will be their age and with inflation, the government will be spending more on us than my parents.

We have paid and will continue to pay into social security as well. Difference is that money has already been spent by the boomers. We will never see a red cent. It’s theft.

Same. And let’s see those tax-to-benefit ratios by income, race/ethnicity, and citizenship status, before i just rage against the Boomers.

Many of them, absolutely

You started it.... so it seems logical - and ethical - that you would not ask of others what you would ask of yourself...

40. And I deal with social security directly for my job. I know I won’t ever see any of that money back and I know I can’t do anything about being forced to continue to pay into it.

I’m not someone who blames the boomers for everything, but I can call a spade a spade. I’m not going to listen to any boomer pretend like their generation hasn’t left the rest of us in a much worse position economically and financially.

The real problem will be the Millennials. There are more of us than the younger generations.

They will have an even larger bill to foot than we do for boomers.
