Seriously though, a lot of you baws don’t understand how big of an area the neighborhoods of Lakeshore/Lake Vista/Lakeview really is. And they are pretty safe and not full of trash.

I’ve lived here for over 20 years and none of that has happened to me
Now I’ve had my truck stolen, broken into, my shed got robbed of my lawn equipment, I did find one of my trucks on cinder blocks one morning, but I’ve never been a victim of any kind of violent crime.

English Turn is one of the only places in the city I've never been, so I have no idea.
I just know of someone who got guns pulled on her in a "safe" uptown neighborhood in the middle of the day and it made me re-evaluate what we consider "safe" neighborhoods vs unsafe neighborhoods.

Central City, St Roch, and Gentilly? For who? Lol. This author knows not what he writes of. Nobody I know would drive through any of those places. In fact, I know someone who had a gun waived at him just sitting at a stop light driving through Gentilly.
