All the cats around would treat that sand as a giant litterbox.

A 100 grand?

Pulled from facebook

This one in the picture is 60x100
Beach entry to 8ft deep
The Beach entry is at 180° around the pond
Very hard to do that but we can
It has multiple pumps and filters
This will be determined on the size you want as far as equipment goes
The gazebo over the water is 16 x 30
The gazebo has 20 foot pilings drove into the earth to hold it out of the water
All treated lumber
Equipment is behind gazebo
It has scammers main drains returns the detail is in the plumbing specially main drains
It is line with a special liner to hold a sand in place.
The whole pond is sand
Real Beach Sand
You will not have to worry about snakes or other animals because of the chemicals that we use
The ponds or specially designed by myself
2 Piling drove in the center of the pond with returns and umbrellas in them with benches
You could not just dig a hole and put a liner with sand it will never be clean it will never function properly trust me I specialize in this type of work

Price we very depending on project size and location
20k and up

This one in the picture is 70k pond and gazebo

The town of Maurepas is a bunch of river rats, I'm surprised it was written as well as it was...

We have a few old rock pits on some land out in Folsom. Water stays crystal clear year round.

If you fell in 8 feet of water are you a dead dick mother fricker or can you struggle and make it to shore. TIA.

im good. I can float with my hands and feet bound. I tried it the other day after hearing a seal talk about doing it in training.

also, these ponds arent new. they have been around a while but I have seen where people use plants instead of chemicals to keep the water clear.

Id rather take a chance building a pool kit that you can buy for 10k IMHO.

When questioned about the 180, he did a 360 and reversed his position

Maybe put a fence up to keep gators out but you’ll always have turtles, snakes, and frogs. Eventually ducks.

There is no way to clean a sand bottom. A pool has a sweeper that goes along the HARD bottom and sucks trash up.

Cant do this with a sand bottom, so over time the sand bottom will be black from all the leaves and shite decomposing.

I have a pool I had built years ago. Two years ago , we decided to retile the top edge, it had to be done, and replace our heater. $12K. So, I could easily see a full pool with all the goodies running $100K today.

Two blondes were standing across from each other on the bank of a large pond. The first blonde yells across to the other blonde, "How do you get to the other side?"

Second blonde yells back, "You are already there!"
