I love when the dumbest MFs reiterate how dumb they really are. Still incapable of overcoming the false preconceived notion it had anything to do with a sexual relationship between the dead judge and the sheriff's daughter

And he felt that he needed to bring himself and his underage daughter into this.

According to the suit, Adkins was struggling to find housing and to pay for her GPS ankle monitor when Fields told her he was sure they could "work something out."

Considering the acts that led to the lawsuit happened inside that same judge’s chambers, I’m gonna go on a limb and say the judge was involved somehow as well. The woman’s attorney said “they were running a brothel out of that courthouse.”

Who is they?

The judge isn't a defendant in the civil suit, but the sheriff is.

If the sheriff is having his weekly lunch with the judge and other politicians, why wouldn't his deputies use the judge's office?

You’d have to ask the lawyer. This is the full quote from the article linked in OP:
quote:

"Just my general concern as a criminal defense lawyer … they were running a brothel out of that courthouse," Pillersdorf told Fox News Digital. "I mean, the pimping – at least three women we know of, though I think it's higher."

"[Fields] pimped Adkins out to this other guy," he said. "He pimped her out to some connection Fields had, this guy."

quote:

The judge isn't a defendant in the civil suit, but the sheriff is.

The sheriff is included as a defendant (along with “unknown supervisors of Ben Fields”) because the lawsuit alleges that the deputy was acting in his official capacity. From the actual complaint:
quote:

Defendant Fields’ unknown supervisors and Defendant Letcher County Sheriff is alleged to be liable to Plaintiff for deliberate indifference in failing to adequately train and supervise Defendant Fields.

Nothing in the complaint alleges any actual involvement by the sheriff. Notably, the lawsuit does not name the “other guy” who the deputy “pimped her out to” as a defendant either.

So while the sheriff very well might have been involved, I wouldn’t read too far into it one way or the other based purely on the named defendants on the lawsuit.
quote:

Are you suggesting that the deputies used the judge’s chambers for the sole reason that it was an empty office? Putting aside the fact that all of the incidents are alleged to have occurred in the early morning or after dark (not at lunch), that seems like a bit of a stretch.

Is that relevant at all here? Am I missing something?

It was a rumor that was floated right after the shooting that the goofy looking judge was banging the sheriffs super hot daughter and it wasn’t true. Even though the daughter was 18.

I guess reading one headline every two years constitutes the guys knowledge about this story and he just really wanted to let everybody know that if his daughter was a slut that he’d kill a man over it.

No. It's considered a benefit where the opposing option is jail (either pretrial detention or the sentence post-conviction).

That's bullshite.

Anyone who has spent significant time in a courthouse has at least heard rumors of a Family or Criminal Court judge trading favors for sex.

Does your underage daughter wear an ankle monitor? At no point in the story does it say underage.

Sorry thought I heard a while back that the judge was hooking up with the sheriffs daughter. My bad.

I really dgaf about the case or the people it involves just making a statement because I thought something that is apparently not true.
