Damn. That Nicaud guy always made sure everything was running well too. Never had a bad experience there. He'd come by, introduce himself, ask if everything was ok. Mot in an annoying way either.
Seemed to be well run from a customer prospective. Duck Tacos were legit.

The BR location was always a bit of a money drain for them and was funded by the New Orleans location and Red Dog.

Probably couldn’t get product or people to come back to work. I’d imagine a lot of restaurants that just completely closed lost a lot of product.

Wonder if there was some loss of business insurance due to emergency / natural disaster that would go away if they reopened? Does something like that exist?
